Covello Pathway Project♢

In this third final segment of the Covello Project, we witness Javen dive deep into the emotional reality of homelessness in California. He lays bare all the cold facts and statistics of failures by our current government officials in the state. Javen details his game plan as new Governor of California, thoroughly explaining how he intends to make unhoused citizens temporary employees of state; providing housing, medical services, food, and permanent housing at affordable costs. But he also clearly explains how everything is not a handout and how individuals participating in the rehabilitation program will have to follow strict rules and guidelines in order to qualify for graduation and relocation. I found it to be a refreshing article on reinstating consequences while also fixing one of California's most pressing issues. A must watch video!
